 My name is Arunee Wongkulab Regarding to Mr. Pittaya  had to share idea about Japanese strengthly  that effect to  prosperity of Japan  that have 5 respect. Each respect could apply for using and develop for the people or every organization  in the country.

4. Island Mentality
5. Politeness
I think about  human Resource of Organization Thailand will be have  these. - Discipline  Most people of organization are undiscipline so must implant for moral and ethic with group juvenile. Because of they will be going to the future for developmented country.- Respect consciousness in ability of other personMost people of organization are to refuse in ability of other person. Often the person have knowledge and ability to refuse from  colleague and chief.- Sacrifice and dedicate with jobJapanese have more sacrifice and dedicate Thai, Japanese are sacrifice and dedicate for job developmented  on  themself. Because they believe if the permanent company, they are working the performanced  and it’s have happiness .- Responsibility People of Thailand are not responsibility on the job.
      I have to think , All this strength must to start to establish conscious for child .To be comparable to the person when start working at a new company.The company have to establish with operator to developed by yourselves with 8K and 5K (Perfectly) theory because that cover the strength in 5 respect. If we can doing above anything that will follow with you forever.
