Dear Prof. Dr. Chira, Ambassador Mr.Pittaya Pukkaman, Mr.Yom Naksuk, My friend and Everybody.I’m Saranya Jumniankan. ( M.B.A.Agricultural Business and Food Management) KMITL.            Last Sunday 16th  July 2006 I have studied about  experience of an Ambassor Mr. Phittaya in Japan and the book “Japanese-Style Management”. I’m glad to have a great opportunity to meet with Mr.Pittaya Pukkaman.Japan has developed its own unique style, We have gotten 5 characteristics such as 1.Disciplines 2.Honour 3.Cleanliness 4.Island Mentality (Grouping) and 5.Proprieties. Japanese society is very homogeneous. Japanese are generally collective and family-oriented. They prefer group-oriented management to individual leadership.            The "Japanese-style" employment system--considered a core component of the Japanese economic system--is in fact a recent phenomenon. Japanese-style management practices such as lifetime employment and bottom-up decision making have come in for criticism in recent times.Bottom-up Decision Making : The should is one Sample. It’s too slowly for team work.It is a style of management based on a long-term investment in people and characterized by management techniques that emphasize simplicity, flexibility, and human values in the corporation.                   I think If  Thai Organization’s should apply 8’K capital or New 5’K capital theory of Prof. Dr. Chira development to HRM. ,: We should Continuous Improvement to Sustainability. (การพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่องสู่ความยั่งยืน)

Your sincerely, Saranya
