Today ; I will talking about my knowleage from learning by experience of an ambassor Khun Phittaya Pukgaman about behavior japanness and from an article "HARMONY,CONSENSUS,AND DECISION MAKING" I think "if we know competitive and know ourself,we will 100 times from fight 100 times" And agree with khun Phittaya said "Human Resourse is software" I would like to suggest my idea that Human Resourse is software is should add heart into software too.

     About Japaness is well knon that leader of creativity and development new product. Not only technology,vichless,engineering,pakageing.I think product of food in japan market is fast develop and growing up too.And behavior of teenage that like new and challange.Both working people that like place for relaxing in many variety for less the stress from working. Because of the stress of way life in big city.I saw that Japan saw important of enviroment and the keep in good enviroment for be back to natural. And visitor that like for visit Japan would like to see the nature in japan.The way of eating is one of happiness relaxing because of we can touch both figure,taste and smell. Both of touching can be happiness for consumer.Not only culture of seasonal consume and festival just be influence too.All of that mode product consumer have to continouse for develop product.So we can see strange point or weak point of it.For inspire , create and develop for value added of product in Thailand.
