Dear. Prof.Chira, Mr.Pitthya, Mr.Yom On 16th  July 2006 I have learned about Japanese work culture from Mr. Pitthaya’s experience and the book “Japanese-Style Management”.I understand that they have high economic standard because they use 5 main working conditions, i.e., 1.Discipline 2.Honer 3.Cleanliness 4.Island thinking system or team working and 5.decorum. Moreover Japan uses the ringi system in decision process both with in government organizations and private companies. In my opinion the ringi system is          1.Bottom-up decision making which to participate in the working process because they are the ones who work and know the problems. Concurrently, top management should also know the arising problems in the organization.          2.Interesting in everything which involves the firm for example history of staff, other businesses or internal and external information.          3.Everybody in the company must know their responsibilities and be ready to share ideas with their superiors.          4.Emphasis on team working, consequently, they should have good relationship with their colleagues.          5.Be prepared to adopt and catch up with new Innovation.
