               Dear Prof. Dr. Chira , Mr. Pittaya , Mr. Yom and my friends           I am Chanthawach Faimuenwai , I  am very pleased with your time to teach me at the last Sunday .I learned a lot form you and I thought it will be the benefit in the future.           In  class time and a document ‘ Harmony, Consensus and Decision Making’  I understand as below        1) Benefits of  Japanese style1.1 Japanese social were strong in discipline, honor, clean  , teamwork ,gentle 1.2 Harmony and consensus because of Ringi system’ 1.3 Participated  of employee that made the firms is competitive by used ‘Ringi system’ or bottom up decision making1.4 Unity and usually created a informal relation at work place (By Drank after work)1.5 Willing to learn the new thing to improve their work such as to extend a shelf life of a machine ( and proud when succeeded)         2 Concerned of Japanese style1.1 Slow and wrong decision making due to ‘Ringi system or bottom up decision making’  if the workers had no knowledge enough1.2 Drank too much that will make a problem sometime 1.3 Inflexible business construction and difficult to adaptation in globalization                3 ConclusionThe management in Japanese style had either good or bad effect of your business , therefore when you want to apply you should know you firms( culture, education level ,moral and etc.) and when you apply you should done in a middle way ( not extremely) because of everything in the universe had a both side of effect ( Positive or negative)  and should balance your strategy with 8’K capital or New 5’K capital theory .I think this way was the same as a Buddhist way that  the only way to sustain your happiness forever                                                                                                             Your sincerely,
