My eye sight must be getting worse, I can't see plastic bags on railways, roads, in all the pictures. Last time I was at a railway station, plastic bags were dancing in the winds.

Things are changing. Now Thailand looks clean and there are plastic bags on roadsides of Dreamland ;-)
