Thank you for your distribution about KM-related ideas in which Toyota has been using to achieve its business. I also totally can see that Toyota also put part of its effort onto developing human resources apart from keeping its manufactering standard such as ISO. Another reason that people like to buy Lexus and make Toyota achieve in its selling is its customer service. With their unique practice to customers after they had sold Lexus, they call every single customer so as to know how he/she likes Lexus and try to find the best way to fit his/her most satisfaction.
Further, I think from this example once Toyota received the feedback of their customers and then they passed it through manufactering.
