Chapter 6 (cont'd) : Developing a Project Plan Part 2

   Continue from the last class after we had the midterm examination, we had learn AON method the other method for develop a project plan. AON is “Activity on Node” follow its name we place the activities on node and use arrow to show the relationship among the activities. So we don’t have to use dummy like AOA that is the one advantage of AON method. When we decide to select the method for planing the project, we use the comparison of AON and AOA methods. That is the advantages and disadvantages of 2 methods for assist making the decision.
